Unsupported
Cartons, tubes, bottles, aerosols can be multipacked using only shrink film. The primary packaging is strong enough to resist transporation and shipping handling. The stacking of these products is easy and the products are more visible.
Fifth panel or hang tab cartons can be automatically inverted for better stacking and to protect the panels during shipping.

Pad Supported
Bottom support, in between layers, or top pad, automatic placement options are available. Pads can be used to reinforce stacking or protect the top or bottom of the product.

Tray Supported
Some manufacturers or retailers want their products in a tray. Trays can benefit palletization or display on the retail shelf.Polypack’s tray loader/former series automatically collates products and forms the tray around them. Trayed multipacks are then shrink wrapped to hold the products in place. Properly formed and sized trays reduce product vibration and label scuffing. The tray can benefit promotion or identification purpose.
