Engineering Innovations 
Most tubes are packaged in either chipboard or corrugated boxes. These packaging materials are very costly. To reduce packaging costs, Polypack developed a pick-and-place system. This system reduces packaging costs by eliminating chipboard packaging materials. A vaccum cup system collates tubes into a 3 or 6 pack configuration using the rotational option if needed. Shrink wrapped tube multipacks provide visibility, attactiveness and are easy to inventory. This new system increases profits and reduces production costs.
